To track the metrics and indicators automatically fed by your SentinelOne connector, you can create a dashboard for reporting and monitoring the values retrieved each week.
Here is an example of a dashboard you can create using SentinelOne indicators:
In this example, we list data retrieved from two perimeters: Argentina and Germany.
Creating the Dashboard and Sections
To create a dashboard and sections, refer to this article.
Global Section
In this section, we add the SentinelOne logo for better clarity on the main topic of the dashboard, along with a comment block to provide more information about value updates in the different dashboard blocks.
After downloading the SentinelOne logo, we then add a new block in the Global section:
Then, we select Comments, and the block is created within our dashboard.
We insert an image and adjust the block size accordingly.
We create a second block in the same way to add more comments.
Workstations Section
In this section, we add some SentinelOne indicators related to workstations.
To add these indicators, when adding a block, we select Operational Indicators:
Depending on how we want to highlight the indicator data, we sometimes choose "Values by perimeter" for more details or "A single indicator" to display the overall value of the indicator.
We then search for the relevant indicators by their name or ID.
As needed, you can modify the display using gauges, histograms, numbers, etc.
Servers Section
As with the previous section, the process of adding blocks is exactly the same.
💡 Depending on the reporting you want to generate, you can also create your own performance indicators and track them in the same dashboard. Read this article to learn how it works.
