To create your first dashboard, go to the corresponding tab and click on “Add dashboard”:
You will need to give it a name, specify whether it is a table with public or private visibility, define its time window and the perimeter/grouping to which it reports.
💡The time window represents the time range displayed, in months or weeks, for the indicators in the dashboard blocks.
Once the dashboard has been created, you will be able to perform several maneuvers:
Modify the settings window presented above
Duplicate dashboard
Build the dashboard
Set the dashboard as cockpit: this sets it as the standard cockpit for everyone
Delete Dashboard
Click on the line to enter the dashboard:
The dashboard can be organized into sections: they allow you to organize your different indicator blocks by subject.
You can then click "Add Block" to start building your dashboard.
This will allow you to add indicators on the different elements of the solution: gaps, actions, policies, risks, etc.
You can also add "Comments" blocks, allowing you to add text.
Let's take the example of a block on actions:
We can choose the granularity of reporting: all actions/on an action plan/on a group in a plan.
Let's choose an action plan. Different indicators are offered for representation. We will choose the one(s) we want to represent.
We can then select its representation: Diagram, curve, figure...
Once the block has been created, it is possible to resize it and move it on the page wherever we want.
It is then possible to modify all the information in the block by clicking on the icon to modify at the top right of the block.
💡You have the possibility to represent blocks in a more complex way. More info in this article.
