Internal indicators are managed automatically (created, calculated and deleted) by Tenacy for the majority of objects.
You cannot change the formula for an internal indicator, but you can choose its target and indicator scale if the default values do not suit you.
The vast majority of internal indicators are calculated daily, at night.
⚠️ Except for essential indicators (policy compliance scores and risks), internal indicators are only calculated once a corresponding block has been added to a dashboard. It is therefore normal not to have a value history immediately after a block relating to a new internal indicator has been added.
