Internal indicators are managed automatically (created, calculated and deleted) by Tenacy for the majority of objects.
You cannot modify the formula for an internal metric, but you can choose its target and metric scale if the default values do not suit your needs.
The values for internal metrics are dynamic and update instantly throughout the day whenever a change is made in Tenacy. However, the actual value is calculated each night, after the day has ended.
⚠️ Except for essential indicators (policy compliance scores and risks), internal indicators are only calculated once a corresponding block has been added to a dashboard. It is therefore normal not to have a value history immediately after a block relating to a new internal indicator has been added.
