Each indicator has a periodicity. This defines the frequency of calculation and its representation in a dashboard block. The frequencies can be :
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Quarterly
Semi-annual
Annual
🔎 Example:
The Awareness for onboarding (AWT.I01) has a quarterly frequency. The indicator is calculated using the following formula: New entrants made aware (AWT.M02) divided by the New entrants metric (AWT.M01).
The indicator will therefore be updated every quarter.
Value update
If we keep the same example as above, the quarterly indicator is updated each quarter, after the period has ended and the metrics have been filled in for the period that has expired.
In Tenacy, until the period is over, you cannot enter values for the AWT.M01 & AWT.M02 metrics.
We wait until the period is over so that your data can be consolidated and frozen.
💡The only way to fill in your metrics over a current period is through the completion of a recurring task.

Today is 3 April, so the quarterly period is over. We can therefore enter the AWT.M01 & AWT.M02 metrics today for the Q1 period. The Awareness for onboarding indicator (AWT.I01) is automatically recalculated in your environment and in your dashboards after the values have been entered.
