🔎 Recurring task registers allow you to view and organize all the tasks to be carried out on a regular basis and to indicate whether they were successfully completed or not.
You can model monitoring indicators in a dashboard linked to a register of recurring tasks.
Several alternative views are proposed:
Calendar View
In calendar view (the most common view), the completion of tasks is represented by colored squares:

light gray for tasks in the future
yellow for overdue tasks
blue for tasks to be achieved in the current period
dark gray for tasks marked as not applicable
green for tasks completed (operations) or completed OK (control)
blue for tasks completed KO (control)
red for tasks not completed
blue hatched for tasks pending approval
blue hatched yellow for rejected tasks to be reviewed
Completed tasks with evidence (attachment or link) are identified with a blue dot: ![]()
At the top of the grid, buttons allow selecting the time granularity.
From the menu
at the top right, it is also possible to:
add a group of recurrent tasks
send a reminder to users who have not yet entered the completion of their associated tasks. It will send a reminder to every person responsible for a recurring task in the run book.

Load View
This view allows you to have an overview of the workload, detailed by person having tasks to carry out in the register.
Sequential view
This view allows you to go through the tasks to fill out, one after the other, to indicate their completion.
Tasks are shown in tabs, one for each perimeter, with the number of tasks to fill out.
The overall progress is shown by the progress bar under the tabs.
Navigation allows you to continue entering, or to go directly to the first unfilled task, and to move on to the previous and next unfilled tasks.
The summary on the left allows you to follow the progress for each time period and directly fill out a given task.
Table View
This view is dedicated to viewing tasks.
