For all internal indicators (performance and activity), you can add a target value.
🔎 By default, the target value for an internal performance indicator is 80%.

⚠️ This setting is for internal performance indicators only.
To set the target value for internal indicators, go directly to ⚙️ > Preferences.
Search for the internal_target preference, then modify the preference with the value :

If you wish to change the target value for one or more indicators, go to ⚙️ > Internal Indicators > click on the indicator concerned and then set the new value.
An example for an activity indicator: we want this indicator to have a target of 1000 :
And for this performance indicator, we want the target value to be 75%:
