You can manage your incidents directly in the Incidents module.
By clicking on an incident, you can modify/add several settings:
Parameters tab: update incident status
History tab: add context to this incident by giving more details by date and time
Activity, Files and Analysis tabs: record notes/evidence about the incident
Actions tab: create actions to remedy the incident.
Setting up actions
💡 A special incident-related action log will make it easier for you to monitor and report.
Before creating new actions for your incidents, we suggest you first create your action plan (if you haven't already done so).
To do this, go to Action Plan > Add register
In your incident > Action tabs’ > Add an action.
You can then add your action to the register you have created.
🔎 Once the action(s) has/have been completed, the person responsible for the incident will be alerted in the Reviews section (yellow bell in the top right-hand corner) of Tenacy in order to close the incident.
