Tenacy provides you with a catalog of suggested threats.
Simply go to Risks > Catalog > Threats :
You can also create a threat from scratch by clicking on Create threat then fill in the name, category and source (not mandatory) then save.
You can then come back to it by modifying the threat to add a specific perimeter/grouping and also add linked measures in the measures tab by specifying the probability and impact:
