Resetting the secret yourself
Directly in Tenacy, click on your first and last name at the top right > Edit profile
Then, in the Strong Authentication tab, click on Reset secret.
Resetting a user’s secret
Go to ⚙️ > Users
Hover over the user in question and at the end of the line, you’ll see the Delete secret icon.
