Directly in Tenacy, click on your first and last name at the top right &gt; Edit profile

Then, in the Strong Authentication tab, click on Reset secret.

Hover over the user in question and at the end of the line, you’ll see the Delete secret icon.

As a Tenacy user, you can reset the secret for your MFA authentication if needed, or you can ask an administrator to do it for you.
