Assign an entire action to a group
To assign a user group to an action, go to Action plans > in the action settings > "Manager" select the user group you want to assign to the action and save.
Thus, all users in the group find this action in these contributions and can make changes to it.
If the action contains tasks, you can also assign them to groups.
Assign tasks in an action to a user group
Go to the “Tasks and loads” tab > Select a group as responsible for a task. Each task can have a manager group or user.
You can also make these assignments via import by downloading the import template and filling in the corresponding "Manager" column.
