You now have one or more risk registers with risks inside. You can now start on the treatment plan.
Treatment plan
Everything is done in the Measures tab in your risk:
All you have to do is associate content with implementation, implemented or proposed measures :
Once selected, the chosen measures is then added to your treatment plan.
The measures in the plan may be :
in target, not yet involved in reduction
implementation, we take into account the progress of their implementation
implemented, we take into account their performance.
All the risk reductions in your treatment plan together constitute the risk reduction target.
The Suggestions tab contains measures that have not been included in the Treatment Plan. This is the list from which you can choose to continue reducing your risk.
Override computed values for a risk
For each risk, you have the option to override computed values manually and statically for the target and the current reduction of the risk.
Click on the risk and underneath the minimum and initial probability and impact, tick ‘Override computed values?’ to access the cursor.
