Complete an evaluation as a provider

Updated over 8 months ago

💡Whether you're a contributor or a pilot on Tenacy, you'll find the evaluations assigned to you in the 'Contributions' section of the left-hand menu. This is the path you need to take in order to respond to evaluations.

How do I access the evaluations?

To access the evaluations, go to the left-hand menu > Contributions (top).

Evaluations to be achieved are in the 'in progress' tab.

Responding to the evaluation

Answer the various questions asked in the questionnaire during the evaluation.

Once you have entered your answers, click on “Submit” in the top right-hand corner.

You may also have to answer questions about policy compliance. In this case:

  • On the left-hand side of the screen, the policy is displayed control by control.

  • In the middle, a short and a long description of the selected control.

  • On the right, the response zone with: the compliance scale, the comments zone, the zone for adding evidence and measures and actions.

We select a compliance level and can add evidence and comments.

💡If some of the questions in the questionnaire don't seem consistent with your organization, you should contact the person who sent you the evaluation directly.

How do I copy answers from a previous assessment?

🔎 To access this function, you need to have already carried out a first evaluation campaign with the same questionnaire on the same application or provider.

🚨It is indeed not possible to take advantage of the “copy previous answers” functionality if the second campaign concerns another application or supplier / another questionnaire. You can always use the XLS export of the answers from the first evaluation and import them (after adjustment in your file) into the second evaluation.

Otherwise, the solution will automatically prompt you to copy the previous answers from the questionnaire.

All you have to do is adjust the answers if necessary! This feature is particularly useful if you regularly evaluate suppliers.

If your evaluation also includes questions about a policy, you can also copy the answers for each measure.

I made a mistake in the evaluation and I've already submitted it.

To make the change, you need to ask the pilot who assigned you the evaluation to make a granular rejection of the question concerned.

This article explains how to do this on his side.
